Approval Process

SimpleBatch Approval Process

To ensure that the SimpleBatch files are correct and complete we ask that every user complete a test batch and submit it to CRMC for approval before they are given permission to upload files on the eClaims site. Due to the differences in template files, this must be done for each Trust that we offer SimpleBatch processing for.

How It works

After downloading the appropriate template file, fill it out according to the documentation contained within this site. Once you are ready, please contact CRMC asking to submit a test batch for approval. We will set you up with a box folder that you can then use to upload the file. We'll then test the file ensuring it meets our requirements. If the file does not meet the minimum requirements we'll ask you to resubmit with edits. 

Once our testing is done you'll then be able to upload the files using the eClaims website.
