Review Progress Report

After you have uploaded your spreadsheet to eClaims you will recieve an email indicating that batch has been processed. Please wait for E-Claims to process your batch, it may take up to two hours)

  • If you do not recieve an email message you can  run the batch report at any time.
    • click the Reports tab, and select 'Batch Report'
      • select the batch to run a report and click 'Run Report'
  • Batch Reports
    • Acknowledgement Report
      • This report will detail any claimant and/or claim records created
    • Error Report
      • This report will detail any errors encountered by the batch process

*If you do not see a batch report after 2 hours, please contact CRMC.
